Attorney Profile

Attorney Yagaloff graduated from the University of Connecticut, Johns Hopkins University and Rutgers Law School.  He has represented clients in the Connecticut Superior Court (family, including Magistrate Court), civil (jury, non-jury, small claims, landlord-tenant), juvenile, and criminal divisions); Connecticut Probate Court (estates, guardianships, conservatorships); Connecticut Appellate Court; Connecticut Bankruptcy Court; Connecticut District Court; as well as administrative proceedings.  Following his graduation from law school, he was admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.

Attorney Yagaloff attended the University of Connecticut where he obtained bachelor and masters degrees.  He attended Johns Hopkins University, where he obtained a doctorate studying neuroscience and biochemistry.  After he earned his Ph.D., he worked as a post-graduate fellow at the UMASS Medical Center.  He then worked for more than a decade as a neuroscientist and pharmacologist at an international pharmaceutical company.  He has authored or co-authored many peer-reviewed scientific publications and holds several patents.

At Rutgers Law School, attorney Yagaloff served on law review as managing editor of the Rutgers Computer Law Journal.  He interned at the Rutgers Special Education Clinic and with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office.  He was recipient of the prestigious Menasha J. Tausner Memorial Prize.

Attorney Yagaloff is serving a second term on the South Windsor Town Council.  He formerly served on the South Windsor Board of Education.  He has been active in local politics since 2001.
