Living Wills

Attorney Yagaloff drafts living wills for clients who want to express their wish to refuse artificial means of sustaining their lives in the event they become terminally ill or are in a persistent vegitative state. Without a living will, health care providers may not have a clear understanding that a person does not want artificial means of keeping them alive. Without a living will, a person who would otherwise die without artificial means might be maintained - against their wishes - on life support systems for a prolonged period of time.
