Powers Of Attorney

A power of attorney ("POA") is a document in which a person can give authority to an "attorney-in-fact" (who need not be a lawyer) to act on your behalf. The scope of the power can be quite limited, for example, the purchase of a single real estate investment - or nearly unlimited.Powers of attorney can also be durable and stay in effect up on your disabililty, or can be drafted to cease upon disability. If you need to grant authority to someone to act on your behalf, Attorney Yagaloff can draft a power of attorney for you.
